Core Drill and Fill was founded by two lifelong friends who grew up together, went to school together, and shared a passion for hands-on work and problem-solving. From a young age, they were always fixing, building, and experimenting—whether it was restoring old bikes in the backyard or helping out on construction projects during school holidays.
After finishing school, they both took up jobs in the construction and demolition industry, quickly realising a major gap in the market—professional, reliable, and cost-effective solutions for removing floor fixings and restoring concrete surfaces. Too often, they saw businesses struggling with lease make-good obligations, warehouse decommissioning, and stubborn mechanical anchors that others left behind.
Determined to change that, they pooled their resources, invested in the best drilling and extraction equipment, and launched Core Drill and Fill. Their mission was simple: provide top-tier core drilling, bolt removal, and concrete restoration services with precision, efficiency, and integrity.
