Warehouse Make-Good: Drilling, Filling, and Leveling.
A recent warehouse job had us tackling end-of-lease repairs, mainly removing and filling old floor anchors. The racking had been taken out, leaving hundreds of bolt holes across the floor—each one needing proper extraction and repair. We methodically drilled out stubborn bolts, filled each hole with durable resin, and finished off with a smooth grind. A messy floor full of bolt remnants can cause safety issues, so getting the job done right is key. The result? A warehouse floor restored to its original condition, ready for its next use.
