Warehouse Floor Restoration: Removing Old Anchor Bolts.
Racking systems in warehouses are built to last, but when they’re removed, they leave behind hundreds of deep-set bolts that need to be dealt with properly. On today’s job, we removed old anchors from a large distribution center, ensuring each bolt was extracted fully rather than just cut off at the surface. Once the holes were drilled out, we filled them with high-strength epoxy to prevent cracking or structural weak points. A final grind leveled everything off, leaving the floor smooth and ready for whatever comes next.
