Removing Warehouse Racking Bolts for a Clean Slate.
When warehouse tenants move out, one of the biggest jobs left behind is dealing with old racking bolts. Today, we were called in to remove hundreds of dynabolts that once secured heavy storage units. Some bolts came out clean, while others had to be drilled and extracted carefully to avoid damaging the surrounding concrete. Once the bolts were removed, we filled the holes with a high-strength epoxy resin to restore the surface. The final step was surface grinding to ensure everything was level and seamless. Now, the warehouse floor is clean, safe, and ready for the next tenant to move in.
