Warehouse floors take a beating over the years, especially when heavy-duty racking is bolted in place. We were brought in to clear out an old storage space where hundreds of dynabolts and floor anchors needed to be removed. Simply cutting them flush isn’t enough—proper extraction and filling prevent weak points in the concrete. After filling the holes with high-strength epoxy, we made sure the surface was completely level. Whether the new tenant needs new racking or an open floor plan, they’ve now got a solid base to work with.
