Old floor anchors can be a real pain if not removed properly. Today, we worked on a site where dozens of them needed to come out before new flooring could be laid. Some bolts could be unscrewed, but others had to be ground flush or drilled out completely. Once they were removed, we filled the holes to keep the surface strong and level.
