Preparing a Warehouse Floor for a New Tenant.

When businesses relocate, they often leave behind signs of their setup—most commonly, the deep-set bolts that held racking in place. This week, we worked on a large warehouse, removing over 500 old bolts embedded in the floor. Some were rusted in place, requiring careful drilling to extract. After all the bolts were removed, we filled the holes with epoxy and ground down any rough patches. Leaving a smooth, level surface isn’t just about looks—it’s about safety and ensuring a strong foundation for whatever comes next.
