Vacating a warehouse means more than just clearing out stock—it often involves a full make-good process, including removing embedded racking bolts. Today, we worked on a site where hundreds of floor bolts had to be extracted and filled before handover. Leaving them in place or cutting them flush isn’t an option, as it creates an uneven surface and potential trip hazards. We drilled out every last bolt, filled the holes with a durable epoxy mix, and ground the floor smooth. The result? A clean, safe, and level workspace for the next tenant.
